Toast the Coast

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to go with Greg to the Toast The Coast Charity Fund Raiser event for Save Our Shores. Save Our Shores is an ocean advocacy group with roots in Santa Cruz of which Gregs company is a sponser. Compared to surfrider they have the fundraising down. Soooo very different and corporate. the surfrider events look like a community center teen dance compared to this. In not sure if I should be wowed or disgusted (my anti establishment hackles rising) either way its disappointing to see how much more surfrider could be if they just grew up a little.

Oh and I wrote 10 pages of draft ... very rough draft... yesterday. I guess my body thought it was raining.
